4 slices bacon
7.5 oz can of Alaskan Salmon
1 large egg, lightly beaten
1 Tbsp all-purpose flour
2 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp lemon zest
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Microwave bacon on a paper towel-lined plate at Hight 2 minutes or until crisp. Chop
Combine salmon, bacon, egg, flour, seasoning, lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Shape into 2 patties and place on a lightly greased rack on a rimmed baking sheet
Bake 15 minutes or until golden brown
